lunch was an apple and a salad followed by 5 nanas
dinner will be tangas as they were cheap but are going soft

Today has been a fruity day...8 oz red grapes; 2 plums, 2 apricots,2 banana, and a GS with 2.5 banana and 2 hands spinahc, and 8 oz Synergy Gingerade Kombucha (only 8 because it's expensive, but love it!) This really does change the texture of your smoothie, you should try it! If this doesn't hold me over, I've got some clementines.

32 oz smoothie with blueberry pomegranate juice, 3 small peaches, 1 frozen banana, baby spinach
Salad – Romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, shredded red cabbage, baby spinach, sugar snap peas, mung bean sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, crushed just like ritz crackers, salt, pepper, sun-dried tomato dressing
6 medium stalks celery
Salad – Iceberg lettuce, ½ chopped tomato, raw taco meat, raw cheddar sauce, ½ avocado
48 oz water total

B: Fresh fruit plate
L: Raw cracker with cashew garlic spread, couple of spoonfuls of raw hemp cashew cacao spread
Snack: Plum and lara bar
Supper: Salad bar
Will have a bit of a snack soon, prolly some more of the cacao spread.
I had fun at the huge natural food market hee (Good Food Store) but decided it's a good thing there isn't one in my town, since I spent $50 on a tiny amount of raw convenience foods!
