    So far today:
    4 mangoes
    zucchini pasta
banana ice cream w/ a chopped up raw chocolate granola bar mixed in and raw carob sauce drizzled on top (it tasted way better in my head than it actually did in my mouth)
    celery dipped in pasta sauce

Good morning all! Started my day with raw cinnamon roll! YUM! Now I've got quite a few apples on the counter that need to go..will be doing some mono eating on them. When the apples are gone, clementine! Zucchini pasta for supper.

    Have a good one!

I have been raw on and off for about a year now and would like to be 100% and do the september challenge. So I figured why not start now. Anyways today I have had 2 apples , alissa's broccoli soup and 2 chocolate chip cookies.

Yes... I'm so creative I started my day with ... frozen grapes!

for lunch - fresh from the my gf's garden ...cucumbers, tomatos, and the cutest little red and yellow peppers! Not sure yet if I'm just going to munch them as is -- or make a fantastic salad...

    either way... YUMMM!!!

Less cravings today, thank God! I had another colonic today and now I'm nauseous so I don't know what's up with that, I took some peppermint oil in water and that seemed to help. Tomorrow I have an interview/job assessment with the IRS and I really hope I do well!

    -Veggie Juice
-Mushroom-Almond burger and Russell James' bread with mustard and garlic herb cashew mayo, 1/2 avocado, and some tomato and cheeze.

Not too hungry because I got nauseous. Maybe I'll have some fruit or something before bed.

Welcome Rawxy! I've been on and off raw (ok, mostly off) for over 6 years so don't worry about it!

Hi everyone, I am visiting my mom and thankfully someone in her apartment building has a router so I can hack into their network, lol. I managed to stay pretty raw in spite of travelling and rather poor planning (went off and FORGOT all the food I was going to bring with me).
B: Green smoothie of spinach, bananas, sunflower seeds.
    L: 2 lara bars
S: We went out to eat and the restaurant had a greek salad, so I asked them to hold the feta and artichoke hearts and add sliced mushrooms. It was great, had it with oil and vinegar.
Snack: handful of cashews, a banana, and 4 prunes because for the first time since going raw I actually haven't "gone" today (usually I go 2-3 times a day!)

My mom has no appliances and I left mine home so my daughters could make stuff. Her boyfriend has this tiny electric chopper (like a mini food processor) so it will be interesting to see what I can make for myself here. This is Missoula Montana, a real "granola" town, with a huge natural foods market, so I am heading there tomorrow to see what raw goodies I can find.

Getting back on the wagon after being off raw for over a year.
