Day 2 on banana island...quite difficult today. Was flagging and found it hard to cope with my 14mnth old! Ate around 18 bananas today, 2 thirds of them were small and the others were medium to large.
Cannot eat any more than this as they make me want to gag for a while. If I lose weight I may have to leave the island but feel some good detox going on so we'll see!

Hope everyone is doing well and reaping the rewards xo

Woke up with a migraine today. Thought I was done with those. But one a month is still better than 3-4. And it was not so bad I couldn't function, but I was really glad when the obligations of the day were done and I could take an Imitrex and zone out for awhile. Feeling better now.

B: Smoothie my daughter made. I know it had spinach and an apple in it. Not sure what else!
    L: Leftover Pad Thai. Nectarine
S: Veggie and Cheeze casserole. Dates.
Bedtime is in a few minutes. My daughter just put a couple trays of Ritz crackers in the dehydrator for tomorrow. Yum!

Getting back on the wagon after being off raw for over a year.

ahhhh beloved detox! Mine has always been like peeling an onion. I think I'm thru detox... my body heals I feel great and then it reaches another deep layer of detox and I get the symptoms again.... roller coaster ride up down (course I'm sure I was much more polluted than you!!) lol.... but with each bout of detox... I think the healing is getting deeper and deeper... PLUS... the discomfort of detox is shorter and shorter.

glad you were able to relax though - that really helps! Normally when I have a migraine - I'm in bed - shutters drawn, and my head under the blanket!! hope you're feeling better tomorrow!

today was same for me... grapes, chia (I told you guys you would find me boring!!!) and salad - salad - salad .... I plan on doing some shopping here real soon - I've just been busy... Glad to see everyone is still RAWk'n it!

    See everybody tomorrow!
