    So far today:
    2 bananas
    1 mango
1 slice Love Force raw cinnamon raisin bread w/raw peanut butter & cape gooseberry jam on top
raw pasta salad (kelp noodles, cherry tomato halves, orange peppers, purple onions & cucumber chunks drenched in raw Italian dressing)
    raw peach cobbler

I woke up absolutely FAMISHED this morning. Even after those 2 bananas and 1 mango I still feel like I could easily gnaw my own arm off. Can't remember the last time I was this hungry upon waking.

I finally feel like I'm starting to get over this cold ... now dh is home sick from work today with it . Yesterday was a good raw day, it felt so good to hear what my body was crying out for and act on it. I ended up juicing all day then having a salad for dinner, and a piece of chocolate pie for dessert.

    Today's plan:
    Green Juice
    Superfood Shake
    2 Clementines
Salad with marinated mushrooms/cheesy sauce/raw salsa
If I want dessert I'll have to make one (unless I get to the last piece of chocolate pie first), don't know that I'm feeling that ambitious today.

    Blessings,
    Heather

Cravings have lessened now I'm eating bananas again...

    AM - 4 small grapefruits
    Lunch - cauliflower, 2 small apples & 2 bananas

Feel a little sleepy, another side effect of the old nanas.

20 oz smoothie with water, 3 frozen plums, 1 frozen banana, 1 large swiss chard leaf, and honey
Salad with romaine, shredded red cabbage, shredded carrots, 1 tomato, 1 avocado, baby spinach, salt, pepper, vinaigrette
    Red grapes
    Alissa’s carrot cake (last piece)
As much as I LOVE this cake I think I will make a chocolate cake this weekend and maybe use that wonderful frosting on it with the added orange zest. YUM!
    56 oz water total

I worked a very busy shift today and now my feet are KILLING me. Just the thought of getting up and making supper is unappealing.

B: Green smoothie of banana, mustard greens, sunflower seeds.
L: pesto, avocado, and tomato sandwiches. A couple prunes
Snack: Lara bar, handful of cashew.
If I can get my rear in gear, supper will be a salad and the tiny bit of chocolate ice cream that is left.
