From what I read,their isn't a single exercise to loose belly fat.It relies more on your diet & less on exercise.You can do all the dedicated ab exercises you want,but its not going to show(will feel like forever).To get rid of extra belly fat,you need to burn more calories then you consume.Alot of newer body builders have trouble getting rid of that last bit of fat.Most already have a 6 pack,but it's covered.Once they do this,it really brings out their 6 pack.Most think they just need more protein,when not knowing about this.
