Hi everybody! My name is Cynthia, and today is the beginning of my 8th day at 100% raw!
I live in the Bay Area in Northern California. I am co-pastor of Center for Spiritual Living, and mindful eating has always been a central part of my spiritual practice.
I "graduated" from vegetarian to vegan last fall. This year, I have been hovering around 80% to 90% raw, read tons of books, then found my way back to Alissa's Living on Live Foods, which inspired me to go all the way.
Last week was amazing. I do not need to lose weight, but I am training for some athletic events and want and need the energy.
My husband is the Anti-Vegan, but I adore him nonetheless!
I joined you all last Monday, and want to say thanks for being here. I visited Raw Food Talk multiple times daily, which really kept me going.
I feel FANTASTIC!!!!!
