I made this last night and it was delicious!
5 soaked sun dried tomatoes
1 smallish carrot
2 tomatoes
1 1/4 cup water
frozen corn
1 clove garlic
2/3 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
salt
Mix everything except the corn in a food processor until fairly smooth. Add the corn and pulse a few times. I used hot water and frozen corn , this made the soup luke warm. (don't know how this will effect the enzymes though...)
