    I BROKE THE 5 KILO MARK! = 11lbs

    B- banana, apricots
    S- apple
    L- monster salad
    S- nectarine
D- Not tuna salad w/ corn on the cob

Yesterday we feasted on the lasagne, I highly recommend this recipe! My husband ate 3 servings! http://www.fromsadtoraw.com/Recipes/Lasagne.htm

I changed it slightly and used soaked pine nuts for the cheese and powdered rather than fresh garlic (I think crushing/chopping it and leaving it for 24 hours with other foods begins to break it down, changes the flavor and causes gas).

If you have a dehydrator, do so for 1-2 hours before serving, warms it a bit and helps with the liquid, which was still a lot even after cheesecloth draining.

am switching things up and posting in the a.m. (CST)....
    so breakfast... super smoothie...
lunch will be portabella topped with guacamole...
dinner... going out, plan on ordering a fab raw sensational salad...

I generally ask if the chef would mind preparing a salad with their mixed greens/herbs and every fresh veg they have on hand - chopped.... invariably I have the best looking plate at the table and everyone has entree envy... ( I also bring my own dressing... but shhhh... don't tell!
    ... scatter joy...

    So far so good...
2 grapefruits and about 5 tangerines for breakfast.

Beginning to feel better, kinda like I did 10 years ago!

    Hi=)

I think im going to have to make that Mushroom tikka masala again today as I have been thinking about it constantly=) My kids are very excited about chocolate ice cream this morning (mom, make sure you have enough frozen bananas!)

    B- chocolate ice cream
    green smoothie
    L-mushroom masala
D-Jason's Deli salad bar (some organic)--they have red&yellow bell peppers, sliced apples, walnuts, multi colored raisins, good olive oil, organic spinach, organic mixed greens & romaine, cucumbers, celery, kalamata olives....

I'm also keeping a salty bag of pecans in my purse as I'm going into houston. I just put pecans in a ziploc then drizzle a teeny bit of olive oil in, then fine sea salt, close the zipper and shake them around awhile. These are especially good for the movies.

    Have fun today!

16 oz smoothie – water, 2 small frozen plums, handful of walnut, handful of baby spinach, 1 banana (this was pretty good, never tried this combo before)
    Raw trail mix
Salad with baby romaine, baby spinach, snow peas, red bell pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, Bragg’s cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper
    Fuji apple
    Cashews
    Melon
    Just like ritz crackers
40 oz water total (still need improvement on the water intake)
