Actually, I'm on my way to work...Gotta work the RED EYE flight tonight!!! Thought I'd give everone a peek at my "TO GO" Bag...... I'm taking: Alissa's Pasta w/Marinara Sauce, Slice of Blueberry Pie, Fruit (Cantelope & Banana) and RAWritos & Pico de Gallo for Snacking...

Renee - thanks for saying this ... you know how some things "just stick"? Well, I read this the same day you wrote it and it has really helped me to kick an unwanted thought out as soon as it enters my mind and I am thankful! I suppose it has just made me conscious of WHAT I'm thinking about.

Green Smoothie (Spinach/Banana/Mango)
Salad w/Alissa's Caesar Dressing and Alissa's Flax Cracker Crutons (SOOO GOOD!!!!)

Renee - thank you again for starting this thread, it has been such an encouragement. I pulled Alissa's book back out and I'm going to start the wraps for her strawberry crepes tonight, they are SO good!

I know to most of you it's not morning!!! But, I've been asleep all day from coming off of an ALL NIGHTER flight last night!!! Becuz of weather, we were late getting in by 2 HOURS!!! So, I haven't had a thing to eat today yet!!! Gonna go fix a Green Smoothie to get me up and have the Corn Chowder tonight with another stuffed Portabella Mushroom!
Here's what I had on the plane last night:
RAW TO GO...AGAIN! (Here I took Alissa's Stuffed Portabella...which was out of this world DELICIOUS!!!! I ran out of Braggs & Nama Shoyu, so I just made the Guac and put it inside and just ate it...SOOO GOOD that way!!!! Try it!!!) Then, I have a Salad with Alissa's Caesar Dressing...It tastes SOOO Good!!!!
Alissa's Corn Chowder...SOOO GOOD!!!! (I messed up making the Sunny Pate yesterday! I started putting the ingredients together before I realized I was out of Braggs!!!! Today I made the Corn Chowder instead!!!) Try the Corn Chowder with a slice of Alissa's Enchalada Bread!!! Let me tell you...you'll LOVE it!!!!

WEEK 2 Day 13: Leftovers
I've been so tired today...work has been exhausting. It has to be leftover day!!! I still had some of Alissa's Marinara Sauce, so I made some more Zucchini Pasta with it and some of Alissa'e Sunny Pate....SOOOOOO GOOD!!!

Today I started off with another Green Smoothie! After that, I had some more DELICIOUS Corn Chowder, except this time I put it in the Dehydrator for an hour and....BOY, OH BOY!!!!! Talk about FANTASTIC!!!!
Then, I decided to make Alissa's Pesto Lasagne...Here's what the Veggies looked like marinating...(check out Alissa's book in the back!!!)
Then, I put it all Together...
I've made this before, but for some reason, this time it was simply....HEAVEN ON A PLATE!!!! I was licking the sauce right out of the Blender!!!! It is SOOOOOOO GOOOOOOD!!!! If you haven't done this one, it's a MUST DO!!! It does take some time, though... But, it's ABSOLTUELY worth it....100%!!!!
