I am new to this site. I am not too new on raw foods. In the past i have done raw food to lose weight and detox from pregnancy. I have been thinking about going raw again from month to month and try to get regular with it. I really like and miss the way i felt when i was eating better!!!!:). Rigbt now i am 12 weeks pregnant and have the fo a head from my doctor to stat raw again. So today i started. It is tuesday aug 4th 2009. I weight 214lbs. Ihave been known to have high blood pressure and i really hopes this helps.
So far today I have had raw spaghetti. zuccuni for noodles and for the sauce
fresh toamto,red bell pepper, onion,garlic, sun dried tomatos, and dried herbs and sea salt.
Let me tall you, it tasted sooooooooooooooo good!! Lets just say i ate alot!
for lunch i am thinking i might eat some raw nori rolls.w/ avacado and carrots and cucumber. take care and hope to meet everyone
