I always look at posts through the "new posts" search feature above and I never roam through the forums so I don't know where post are catagorized in the forums.

I'm 18 And I would love to have more than just a teenage perspective on things. In fact, in most cases I would rather opinions from those older than me.
Perhaps those few that DONT want input from adults should say so? ("Looking for advice from people my age"?)

So in my opinion: Post away! =]

Personally, I am against ageism in both directions. At 13 I have more discipline and responsibility than many adults, without the privileges.
"Adults", 18-20 can't even drink. The best way to keep from being a geezer is to not stereotype people- "heedless youth" and such, as
well as looking at us like we're shoplifters is hard on everyone.
Thanks, and welcome to the teen spot.

I think that it is good the everyone reads all the forums to get a balanced perspective on things! Although I don't even know if I should be here (in the teen/young adult) I am 22 ... oh well, I guess that I will just post everywhere!

I'm 21 which I suppose does fall into the young adult section.

I also have a lot of similar problems as teens such as lack of money/freedom/accessibility to the equipment and ingredients most of the recipe books I own seem to think I need to go 100% raw. I figure I have a lot more in common with the teens who are new to raw food than with adults who think going out and buying juicers and high powered blenders and dehydrators is just a routine thing.

I can't even spout seeds (another thing my recipe book thinks is a daily essential). I always kill them.

I wouldn't mind some "adult" perspective though. General advice and knowledge is always appreciated.
