I've heard two different things about purple thai coconuts -- some people say that are rotten, and some people say that they are just very young. I tend to agree with the latter, because i eat them and they taste great and i don't have any adverse effects. i like pink stuff, it's total princess food.
HOWEVER -- i just looked it up and here's another opinion: http://community.vitamix.com/_Why-Th...595/22442.html

Hey everyone, try not to go hog wild on August 31, lol.
B: Green smoothie of kale, banana, walnuts, and coconut oil
L: Tomato and cucumber salad, apple
S: Carrots and celery with some Da Bomb cheddar sauce (sorta.....I didn't have any nutritional yeast so I substituted miso....it didn't taste like it was "supposed" to but it still was good!) Prunes for dessert, which I am now (next morning) wishing I had not eaten.
My larder is almost totally bare, but today is payday, hooray, so I will be stocking up on lots of good stuff. I will stay 100% raw today, day 49 for me! See you in August.
