    So far today:
2 chopped bananas & 1 kiwi topped w/pureed mango and fresh blueberries
    sliver blueberry cheezecake
    garden salad w/oil & vinegar
    clementine
    2 nectarines

And I think I'm going to have a little blueberry cheezecake with coconut ice cream for dinner when DH gets home. I think I earned it today.

    Default Day 25

It's warm and sunny here today and I am enjoying my day off. Here's what I had so far today:

    - Carrot and chard juice
    - E3 Live
    - Banana
    - Mesclun salad with tomato and avocado

I will be heading out with friends soon and am planning to bring a smoothie with me, and then will have the rest of my chocolate cherry ice cream when I get home. Hope you are all having a great day!

Morning all. Cold and rainy today. Thought the weather called for a warm bowl of oatmeal. Time to get out one of my favorite uncook books: Elysa Markowitz's Warming Up to Living Foods

B: oatmeal: raw rolled oats, dates, ground flax seed, cinnamon, hot water blended in Magic Bullet and topped with organic raisins and walnuts. Cup of herbal tea.
L: wrap filled with kale salad, marinated mushrooms, veggies
D: depends on what I can find at the store, but probably a raw soup, onion bread and a green salad.
    S: mixed fruit compote

So does the Warming Up book have all warmer recipes? Oh that will be nice for these long cold Montana winters. I wondered how I would handle that.

B: Green Smoothie of kale, bananas, almonds. and coconut oil.
L: Live pizza, zucchini with sour kreme (I meant to grab a cucumber when I was sleepily preparing my lunch at 5:00 AM 0
Supper: So far a plate of tomatoes with raw mayo, dill, and pepper. Handful of cashews. Later I plan to make some basil pesto pasta, YUM my new favorite, and I recently found a store that sells a nice large bunch of organic basil for 99 cents.

I feel much better today, thankfully, since I had to work today and will tomorrow too.
