July 24th - Day Twenty Four
-
Still not loving this detox. Day 9 for me, and not really sleeping. Don't know how much weight I have lost, as I don't own a scale! Have to check on that soon but I'm sort of waiting so I have a nice surprise rather than willing the numbers to go down daily :)
B- watermelon smoothie, nectarine
S- raw choco bar, apple, mint tea
L- big mixed salad, sesame dressing
S- avo, coconut, blueberries
D- raw cafe meal, mango with lime for dessert!
1 gallon of water per day with lemon!
I found a wonderful site with loads of recipes to try (especially dessert, mmmm): http://www.fromsadtoraw.com/RawRecipes.htm

So far today:
2 slices blueberry cheezecake
restaurant salad (Cheeseburger in Paradise)
4 nectarines

Afternoon all.
B: green smoothie
L: wrap with spinach dip, taco "meat", salsa
D: kale salad, onion bread, marinated mushrooms
S: chocolate chia pudding
The onion bread (from the Rawvolution cookbook) I made Wednesday is yummy, but too delicate to make a pizza crust even after 36 hours in the dehydrator. But I can certainly see it as a topping for salads and soups.
Have a great day,
Seedy

Aaarrrrggg feeling really awful today and I have so much to do. I have been detoxing all week, and I like the weight loss that goes with it, but I wish it would pick a week when I am not so busy! Nonstop diarrhea and a splitting headache. I want my mommy.
B: Green smoothie of kale and cherries with almonds and coconut oil
L: I am still drinking the green smoothie and it is lunchtime now! I have no idea what else I may have, besides a nap.
S: I have some pizza crusts waiting to be topped, so that will be supper. And I work this weekend so it will be nice to have pizza to take to work.
Have a great day everyone.

I am thinking of zucchini pasta for dinner tonight.
Have a good night!
