Default When you suddenly started aging!

I would love to hear from anyone who noticed when (or why) you suddenly started aging and how raw foods made a difference. What age did you wake up one day and say 'Oh my gosh, I'm getting so old so fast!" What made you realize it, and what happened as far as 'youthing' when you went raw. It would be much appreciated! Thanks!

I'd like to hear that too. I didn't "suddenly start aging". It began the day I was born and it seems to continue on. Don't know what else to say other than I (usually) feel better at 60 than I have at most other times in my life.

I agree It is not so much that it happened suddenly but all on my life I have felt that it happens in spurts.
I go years without seeming to get older and then it catches up in a jump. Then I remain the same for years and then....Yes, there it is again just when I thought that I was getting away with it.
In spite of that I have always been told that I look younger than my age because I have always been vegetarian.
Raw has caused me to not care how old I look but to care how old I feel. Now I am getting plenty of sun on my skin and to hell with the consequences. I would prefer to have strong bones than baby soft skin.

I don't remember aging suddenly, but i do remember one day i saw myself and i realized wow, i am an older woman. it was kind of a thrill for me, cause I've always loved the older woman rather then young girl look. With raw foods, my skin looks better, more luminous, and I notice this with other raw fooders. With me it happened after about a month of being raw, and i expect it continues in degrees.

I've only been back on raw for 2 weeks and people are commenting on my 'glow'. Myself I don't see it, but ok.
But several years ago I did give up all processed foods and people tell me that I am aging backwards, so that is pretty cool. So I think going raw is really the next level up from that, and I look forward to spending the last part of my life in vibrant health. I thinks that's what we all want.

To me this is an interesting idea. I was visiting with friends last night. I'm the 'baby' at 47. Two others are in their fifties and one is in her sixties. The friend in her sixties said she suddenly got old when she cut her hair. She said some other things about being older that weren't particularly nice things to say about herself or anyone else, so I'll spare you those. I told her I was shocked. She's amazing. Probably the fittest person I know. And one of the hippest. I'm still rather perplexed. She said one day, I'd look back on my life and it would all be laid out for me in chapters.

I'm pretty fortunate in the aging department. I have terrific gray hair, but not much in the way of crinkles. I'm starting to realize I have to take good care of my body and my brain though, or it's all going to go downhill pretty fast. (c:

I would suggest that everyone includes stretching exercises in their daily routine. Use it or Loose it.
