    Default Day 18

    Hi Everybody,

It's been a lazy day today. I'm going to make watermelon soup tonight and possibly a berry cake. Tomorrow I am planning to make some ice cream as I'm all out. Here's what I had so far today:

    - Green juice of cucumber and red leaf lettuce - it was really bitter
    - Smoothie with banana, blueberries, cherries, strawberries, Blue Manna, coconut butter and the last of my chocolate ice cream
    - Acai cheezecake
    - Raw trail mix
    - E3 Live
    - 4 cherries - YUM

Hope you are all enjoying your weekend!
    Michelle

Boy I had some good food, in spite of being tired from work. I can feel my energy levels gradually creeping up...yaya!

B: Green smoothie of kale, peach, coconut oil, and hemp powder
L: More walnut basil pesto with zucchini noodles. Cherries.
S: Carrot with a little cheddar Cheeze sauce. Zucchini noodles with mushroom sauce. Yes, I love pasta. Green salad with vinaigrette.
S: Fresh raw peach ice cream. Can we say YUM? :)
