i would suggest getting one of the following tools:


jade eggs
chrome eggs
marble/glass ball(s)
benwa/kegel balls
vaginal barbells (yes there is such a thing, it's the last one on the page)
vaginal weights

Kegels can make your problem worse if they're not properly done.. and it's hard to tell if you make any progress by doing them, because you have nothing in there, hence you saying "I have kegeled my brains out and it didn't make a huge difference". if you use something weighted, then your muscles will get stronger. doing kegels is like a bodybuilder just flexing in order to build strong, big muscles... yes, diet helps.. but weight training with your pelvic floor muscles would be most beneficial and you'd notice a difference.
