    Thumbs down im so annoyed

The thing is i feel like im damned if i do and i'm damned if i dont. When i eat junk food, or even just normal food like rye bread i get sick/ bloated/ and rashes. on the raw food diet i continuously get red rashes on my face, tehy improve and then get worse. Recenty my mum says i need to avoid fruit because of the sugars. This is SO unfair! i duno whats wrong with my gut but the only way to get rid of my symptoms is to not eat ANYTHING for a few days. but when i do eat again....even if i only eat raw greens i can guarantee that it will still keep appearing.

    i wish this were simpler.
    one step at a time...:D

MB? Attitude is a HUGE factor in this. I say do a 30-day challenge of eating 100% Raw. So what if you experience different things you are not used to, your body is transitioning. I am about to post about MY detox experience, which I have not had and I've been Raw 4 years now!

Seriously, give it time. This is THE BEST way to live!!!

    Hmmm...

have you tried fasting? like a juice fast?

i notice juice fasting is great for my skin....also food combining is important to...

i eat things alone in their groups....n dont mix fruits and veggies....

    also deep breathing helps....

do you use any kind of products on your skin that might irritate it?

Perhaps its bad food combining or too much fat. There's a lot of fat in junk foods and it can slow your detoxification process, same thing with nuts, oils and avocados, that could be why it keeps getting better and flaring up because your body is still behind and processing these things.

Try sticking to clean water, green smoothies, fruits and salads with no vinegar, onions, garlic or oils and give your body a chance to get ahead. My skin is super sensitive too, if i eat any of those things i get little breakouts or redness. But the longer you are raw the better it gets, your liver is probably just behind right now, because of all the extra hormones and toxins over the years that are built up.

An often over looked way to assist in detox is to sweat. Sweating is supposed to help by giving the debris in the lymph system a quick exit from the body.
