Went to the gym last night to start training for swimming leg of local marathon. I'm interested to see how my indurance does on raw diet compared to cooked vegan. 1.5 mile walk at lunch today. Have a great day!

Well, I'm officially BROKE! staying raw will be a new interesting adventure. Luckily a friend of mine has a setup where the local co-op delivers slightly wilted organic produce to her door every monday, and she shares it with anyone who wants it. This week it was lots of bok choy, string beans, parsley, kale and a few plums.

I'm off to go get some food stamps woohoo!

Okay. I've been really hungry the last few days so I'm stepping up on the fruit. I had a smoothie with a mix of kale, red leaf, and chard with a granny smith apple, strawberries and bananas. Then a banana for a snack. A salad for lunch and another banana for snack. Maybe zuchinni pasta for dinner.
BTW, the last two days I have had Alissa's broccomole dip minus the honey as a soup for dinner. Delicious! last night I paired it with flax crackers and tahini spread and it was so good.

    Default Day 14

    Hi Everybody,

I'm doing a lot more detoxing today - hopefully it won't last long! Here's the menu for today:

    - Green juice with cucumber, beets, beet greens, and chard
    - Watermelon soup - I added some coconut noodles today - so yummy!
    - Salad with avocado and two pieces carrot onion bread
    - Plum
    - Coconut water

I'm either making a smoothie or having more acai cheezecake tonight. I think I will go to bed early since I'm tired and not feeling that great. Hope everyone had a great day!
    Michelle
