Day 11
Good morning,
It's a beautiful sunny day here in NH. I just got back from the grocery store and am planning to make the Carrot Onion Bread that I found on Gone Raw. I also picked up ingredients for the eggplant bacon that I found here. Once everything is out of the dehydrator, I am hoping to have a yummy BLTA that will be similar to the one I had at Grezzo a few weeks ago. Wish me luck - I still haven't mastered my dehydrator yet. I think I just get impatient and take things out before they are done.
So far today I've had green juice, a smoothie, and some E3Live. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

BAck from my camping trip! I managed to stay raw - not really a problem since I could only eat what I brought ;). In a way it was nice. Very simple fruits, veggies, chia and sprouts. No fancy recipes.

I just got back from our local organic produce "stand". Got 5 pounds of blueberries, 2 pounds of cherries, 2 mangoes and 2 pineapples. I'm in fruit heaven. I wonder if someone can have a cherry overdose, lol. Sooo goood!
Now, what to do with 5 pounds of blueberries?? Haha. ;)
mmaynard? How did your BLTA come out??.....is that eggplant bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado??

Sorry I've been away, I'm still in and 100% raw. I fell off a ladder on Tuesday and hurt myself pretty good. Got a welt on my hip and a big bruise on my upper rt arm and jammed my shoulder real good and got a 3 day cold (cleansing) to boot so I didn't feel much like posting but I'm back and doing pretty well after 3 days of great acupuncture and juicing. I'll tell you what between hurting my back last month (which turned out to be a blessing, it got me here with you today) and the ladder deal this week and the 3 day cold it's been hard work. Not to stay on the diet, that's been pretty easy just the battle with life in general and the injuries these past 6 weeks. I hope I'm getting rid of some Karma I built up over the last 6 years of living the SAD life.
