    Good morning Everyone!

Wow, I kinda spaced on posting the last couple of days, oops. Is is already day 10?? Cool! I am happy to say that I have been doing really well....staying !00% raw, yay!

I don't really know what my menu plan is for today...but so far I just grabbed myself a Larabar that I had bought when I was in the Keys a couple of weeks ago....Key Lime flavor. Hmm...not really my favorite.

I go to work at noon, so I am going to make a smoothie before I go and just take some mixed raw nuts and dried fruits with me for a snack later.

My smoothie?....keeping it simple this morning. Blueberry, strawberry, banana, spinach and almond milk....with a touch of vanilla. :)

Hope everyone has a yummy and healthy day 10!

Day 29 of all raw for me! I am leaving for Glacier Park in the morning for a five day family reunion so the rest of the day will be spent packing and getting food ready. I went to the grocery store this am and filled my cart with a bunch of delicious produce.....totally blew my food budget but OH WELL. It is for vacation

B: Took a day off from green smoothies because I was all out of greens!
L: I bought a couple of discounted fruit trays on my grocery trip so we chowed down on them and they are GONE. Pineapple, mangoes, and strawberries. The Strawberries were a bit past their prime.
S: Will be my first attempt at raw pizza. Also making some snacks for the trip so I will probably nosh and sample as I go.

Everyone have a great next 5 days and I will "see" you next Wednesday or Thursday.

    Default Day 10

I can't believe it has already been 10 days! I had the day off today but had a bunch of appointments, so was on the road a lot. I packed extra food but found that I didn't even need it because I haven't been that hungry. Here's what I had:

    - Green juice of cucumber and chard
    - Green smoothie with banana, blueberries, cherries, grapes, coconut butter, Blue Manna
    - Banana
    - Grapes
    - Raw sauerkraut
    - Pineapple Icebox Cake (I only have one more piece left)

Hope you all are doing well and have a great night!

How is the chard in smoothies? I have never tried it raw...is it a bitter green? My staples are usually just kale, spinach and collards. But I would love to venture out and try some others. :)

Hi Nani - collard and kale taste more bitter to me. Chard tastes similar to spinach to me. :) Beet greens and carrot greens are really good, too!
