Welcome to day 7!!
Yesterday was good. My family had ice cream and popcorn at the Phillies game last night - NOT ME :)
My husband was wanting all my packed goodies - I had to explain to him -Hon, this MY DINNER. I gave him a few bites but had to hold him back, lol.
B- All organic
Smoothie - Banana, blueberries, cinnamon, soaked almonds, water
L- all organic
Diced Veggie salad: Diced Cucumbers, diced tomatoes, diced zuchini, soaked sunflower seeds, hemp seeds ACV, honey, olive oil - dash of sea salt
S- organic nectarine
D- not sure yet -
S- organic blueberries and strawberries.

At the moment I'm learning to increase my raw foods - I'm in no way vegetarian or raw at the moment. I'd consider myself a "Clean" eater. Just exploring and learning about this exciting way of eating that really interests me.

B: fruit plate (banana, melon, strawberries, blueberries, white grapes, walnuts), blueberry herbal tea, stevia
L: collard green wrap with bean sprouts, broccoli sprouts, shredded carrots, avocado.
D: big salad with tahini/miso dressing
S: still thinking of a blueberry pie or crumble.
Going tent camping tomorrow, luckily nothing I'm taking needs any refrigeration ;)
B - mango, banana, grapes
S - carrot, apple and celery juice
S - raw chocolate
L - Nori with leaves, cuc, avo, pistachio nut butter, olives, s/dried toms, toms, peppers, olive oil and lemon dressing
S - raw bar
S - brazils and dates
D - Leaves, apricots, walnuts, toms, olives, s/dried toms and vinegar and olive oil dressing
I'm soaking some sunflower seeds tonight to make sunny pate... YUM! Have also ordered lots of nice raw goodies from different sites... can't wait to get my vine leaves, olives, nut butters etc... I'm drooling!!!

Hi all! I haven't been able to post because our laptop crashed!! We took it to the Geek squad...and the guy told us the mother board looked fried!! I'm really upset about it, but luckily we kept our old PC and can at least adjust to having a desktop..an OLD, SLOW desktop, but at least we won't be without internet! I have school books to order for the next year!!!!!
Anyway....I am enjoying GSies...and fruit, and ZUCHINI HUMMUS!!! This last weekend was easy because I had the hummus made...and just had to slice some bell pepper or celery, and wa-la....a meal!!!
Today so far I've just had tea...but getting ready to make a GS with spinach, banana, cherries, cacao, and stevia!! I'm low on bananas...so maybe I should hold out on that??? NAH....
I'm also going to search for a recipe (I think it's on this board here) for gazpacho....I've got some tomatoes....I just need to see what else...

today is day 1 of my 4 day smoothie feast. I made three smoothies last night for today. One is spinach, rainbow chard, pineapple & cherry. The second is spinach, chard, raspberry & strawberry. And the third is all veggie: spinach, basil, tomato, zucchini, mushroom, garlic & scallion (this one is more of a blended soup I guess).
Hi all ! I was hungry today after all fruit yesterday...and my long workouts.
banana 1/2 small before work out and 1/2 before bike ride and one small one after !
raisins and almonds and dried (by myself) Strawberries (yummmmy)
3:00 1.5 Cherry Lara Bar ...I am going to try to make this myself it is dates, almonds and cherries !

Made green drinks for tomorrow, I know better to do in the AM but I won't have time so I freeze them and they thaw on the road. I am after 7 days back into the swing of RAW. After almost 1 1/2 of compromise...it is great ! Also have broken my habit of having a glass of wine every night (alot of it mental as stress reducer) so I am happy about that !

Good evening! I had another good day today. I woke up early again and had plenty of time to prepare my food for the day before going to the gym. This is what I've had today:
- Smoothie with banana, blueberries, cherries, coconut oil, Blue Manna and vitamineral mix (I ran out of greens)
- Watermelon soup
- Garden salad with avocado
- Snap peas
- Pineapple Icebox Dessert
I think I'll also have coconut milk tonight... YUM!

I worked my early shift today. I decided I just have to risk waking everyone up with the vitamix so I can get my green smoothie in. I am starting to feel the positive effects of five straight days started with a green smoothie.
B: Green smoothie of kale, banana, coconut oil, hemp powder, stevia. The hemp gives an icky aftertaste, but according to the plasma donation place, my blood protein is too low.
L: Mediterranean bread, marinated mushrooms, green salad with vinaigrette dressing, cheeze puff.
S: I am too pooped to cook so I am eating the last piece of blueberry cream cake! Hey, Alissa says it is ok to eat dessert for supper if it is raw.
53yo mom to six homeschooled children, part time nurse, living in beautiful Montana.
Getting back on the wagon after being off raw for over a year.
Feeling healthier today, thank heavens.

I'm about to go camping for four days, so i'm trying to plan ahead to be raw all that time. The dehydrator's been going non stop.
