T-Tapp
Has anyone here ever used the T-Tapp workouts?
www.t-tapp.com
I'm interested in them and have downloaded and tried some of her sample exercise, but I'm wondering how well they work for long term use. Any input?
Thanks,
Bretta

Hey Bretta!
I have used T-Tapp several different times. The exercises are low impact and extremely powerful. The 'inch loss' they talk about is quite real, but varies from person to person. I had enormous success my first time using the exercises, and each time thereafter have had good success, but not as much inch loss. I've gone through periods (as with most other exercise) where I am dedicated, then through times where I am not. I often come back to those tapes, and funny enough, not to any of the others that I have (and I have MANY!)
I love the system and think it is excellent. I do recommend it, highly.

Thank you sooooooo much for posting a question about this product. I have been trying to find a program to help with my back problems and all the doctor can say is excercise...Well if I knew how to do that without hurting myself I woudnt have gone to see her! lol
I have ordered the rehab program and the skin brushing program. Can't wait to see how this will help me.

I looked on the T-Trapp site. It looks pretty good. I am impressed with the founder....she really looks great! But I have to tell ya, I looked at her ab routine......I don't want to tell you what activity it reminded me of......lol I would do that one in the privacy of my home rather than a gym....but it overall idea looks good.
Peace.

tglasco, that's too funny. When I saw it, I really thought it sounded silly to put your insides in place, or whatever she says. But, I don't know, maybe it works! It just sounds odd.
And, yea, I don't think I'd be doing those at a gym :)

Thanks for your opinions everyone! Todd, having tried the ab routine I can vouch that it feels good and is tough, but yeah, I hid in the back room at my store to do it!! :)
I'm going to keep thinking on it...I have tons of FIRM videos I can do in the meantime, just looking for something "new".
Thanks!

I used the T-Tapp workout videos years ago-about 6 years ago. I got bored with it, to tell you the truth. But I do remember gaining strength in my legs. I mostly a free weight-jogging kind of girl. WHatever get's the oxygen flowing is the thing.

I do the t-tapp total workout and i love it. It's the only workout I've every truly felt "addicted" to. And the muscle density and tone I have now is really insane...my legs are very cut and I have about 30 lbs to lose still. I have lost inches with it and raw together- i've gone done two pant sizes. It's an awesome workout for getting in connection with mind/body and it really is so intense and amazing!

You guys have convinced me. I have just ordered it. I hope that I will use it when it gets here

I got inspired by your posts and ordered the total body workout again. (I had it years ago and gave away the tapes). I never was doing it right, I can see now. Her newer recordings are MUCH better in terms of instruction than the older ones I had. And YOW! these are challenging when you do them right! No wonder I got bored before-I wasn't close to doing them right. THey do require intense concentration. I am doing her "bootcamp" version, where you do the workout several days in a row, depending on how many clothes sizes you want to lose. I want to lose 3 sizes, so that means doing the workout 10 days in a row, then every other day for 4-5 weeks, then 2X a week for maintenence is all you need, she says. It's worth a try!! the testamonials are pretty impressive.

hey! I just did the TTapp total body workout all the way through (was only doing basic plus for a few weeks). YOW! that WORKS! I was sweating like crazy! good stuff. I am planning on doing it 2X a week, alternating with Kathy smith's lift weights to lose weights, part 2 (which is a really modern, holistic approach to weight training) and yoga.

I'm new here!
I just joined this site tonight as I have been eating more and more of my food in a raw and natural state and wanted to explore this way of eating further.
I've been poking around the forums and when I came upon this post had to reply.
I'm a T-Tapp trainer and would be happy to answer any questions you all may have as you investigate T-Tapp. I have no desire to sell you on the method (it's powerful enough to sell itself) or try to sell you anything for that matter. Just to answer any questions you may have.
Lannette (who is also looking forward to asking you a few questions about eating raw as they pop up)

That's terific.
I bought the entire course and attempted to follow the first tape on a number of occasions but failed after about 15 mins.
I am going to try again in the knowledge that I have my own personal trainer (that and the fact that I am waiting until hubby has the time to watch and see what I am doing wrong) so I have no doubt that I will be availing of your offer.
