That woman puts me to shame. What a beautiful, vibrant and healthy soul she is. I want to be her when I grow up.

She hangs with us every Monday evening. Never says "I can't". What's interesting is, she's becoming more coordinated as she matures. Pretty cool, eh? :) Shows what's possible for us.

Wow! This should shut the nay-sayers up who say that women just deteriorate and can't do anything with age! Not that lady, and I sure wanna be boppin' like her when I'm 84(22 years away in my case).
Sure, she's getting more coordinated as she goes along because she's doing something about it - way to go! Thanks Revell for sharing these!

    Thanks Revvel!

I can't wait to show this to my mom, who is starting to have mobility problems due to her knees at 85.

After seeing my changes these last 6 months - with her continued decline - she is finally ready to make some changes.

I now have her and dad (92 on August 6) on wheat grass juice. I bought them frozen cuz they won't be able to take on the growing juicing thing. At least not yet......

I gave them some lettuce and kale from my organic GSA box, although they did cook the kale - better than a can of green beans anyway.

I sure hope they can see some progress, and spur themselves on to more changes!

Good on ya! I wish my mother would have chosen to live with me. She'd be a healthy thrivin' 97 right now. (Died of malnutrition 3 years ago)

Wheatgrass juice is GREAT for joints! I'll be VERY surprised if they don't see/feel a difference.

    Keep us updated please.

Great motivation to get moving. Thanks for posting this. I've been meaning to look for kettlebells (?) since you posted about your own success with them several months ago.
