i'm headed out to the grocery store right now to get some provisions for the next 30 day challenge! These past 30 days have really made me see when I get cravings and why -- an important lesson, on many more levels than dietary ones. It's a lesson that will come in handy for the next 30 days!

I haven't stayed 100% (i'm lucky if i was 50%!), but now I can understand the reasons WHY this happened. It's all about knowing myself. I can't wait for this next challenge, because I'm really gonna do it, and I know I'm gonna feel good.

kidkid - congratulations on figuring out some of your eating habits. I think that is a HUGE part of making the transitioning to raw food more successful. It's something that I am still working on myself.

Redrocket - your zucchini lasagna looks fantastic! I'm going to the farmer's market tomorrow and I'm hoping to find some zucchini. If I do I am going to try it.

I got the recipe in a the book Raw Food Real World. I lightened up on the salt a little in the sauce about 2/3 as much. Otherwise follow the recipe to a tee and you can't fail.
Mom brought over some raw Corn Summer Salad that was one of the best salads I've ever had. It was made with coconut water, cilantro and curry. That recipe came from the book Rawvolution. It was soooo good I told the organic market about it. It's one of those dishes you can develope a craving for.

YEAH! DAY 30!!! So, like others have mentioned, I may not have been 100% every day but I was pretty close (most days were like 99%). So, I plan on challenging myself again. Thank you everyone for your support, it makes this lifestyle even more fun!

Hello, everyone, my internet was down for three days, but I'm back and glad to see this thread still unlocked. I finished June 100% raw to the best of my knowledge. I didn't start till June 12 so that makes 19 days raw in June for me. I can't really remember what I ate on Tuesday, lol, but it was raw!

Getting back on the wagon after being off raw for over a year.
