June 29th 2009 Raw Challenge - Day twenty nine
-
-
Day off today, thankfully.
Breakfast: dates and cashews......not the best but I had to have something portable and blood sugar sustaining as I donated plasma this morning.
Lunch: Apple and some marinated mushrooms
Supper: More marinated mushrooms on zucchini noodles
Snack: Later I plan to have some cashew ice cream with blueberries. I have also munched on a few sweet potato and zucchini chips.
Greens are glaringly absent from my menu right now. I ran out and have no money to shop till wednesday!

D-I was attempting to make lasagna but messed up the sauce so I will attempt it again tomorrow. Evidently there was alot of salt in the jar of sun dried tomatoes and I proceeded to add the instructed 2 teaspoons of salt and it was too salty my bad.
Ended up having some raw granola and almond milk

Hello everyone! I can't believe we are almost done! I was away from home most of today because of work and family stuff and since I hadn't made food for myself last night I spent most of today eating very simply: lots of celery, carrots, apples, and figs. But you know what? It was still yummy! Go raw go!

You may be right in some ways as we embark on this new lifestyle, but really I feel that the work is over as I am comfortably over many of my cravings! :)
