    Wow! Where is everybody?

I went to a baby shower today, I didn't stay 100% raw but I did get to take all of the garnish (kale) home that they would have thrown away. I seasoned it up and threw it in the dehydrator. It was great timing as I was planning on buying some this week.

28 oz smoothie with water, pineapple, 1 frozen banana, baby spinach
granola with blueberries, strawberries, and almond milk
    small piece of raw brownie
    tomato flax crackers and salsa
grape tomatoes, kale, baby carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, olives
    banana
    apple
    56 oz water total

I worked this weekend so am dead on my feet. Glad it is over.....though I am on call tonight so it still could be not over!
B: green salad with avocado and raw mayo dressing. Weird breakfast but it tasted good!
L: Jicama "Potato" salad, marinated mushrooms with raw wrap (that won't wrap but still tastes good!) Apple
S: More mushrooms and jicama salad.
Getting ready to have a serving of raw cashew ice cream with blueberries.

Getting back on the wagon after being off raw for over a year.

Another raw day :) Today I was at a friend's kid's birthday party and they had all of the typical SAD food at a b-day party. I brought my own food and never felt a craving...RAWSOME!
