Thread: the raw trial

    Default the raw trial

    I've decided to go raw for two days as a kinda trial i guess you could say and im 17. I want to know if anyone has any thoughts on what im doing, im also going to make a vlog whilst i do the "trial" which i will probably upload on my youtube channel ( moominimal ) .

    so yeah, i want to know what you think, i kinda only just got this so its a little confusing for me this website

    Well, since you're on a raw food forum, it's a safe bet that most people here will think it's a wonderful idea. There are lots of people here who have been 100% raw for many months or years now so 2 days is pretty tame. It is, however, huge FOR YOU so I wish you the best of luck in your endeavor. Keep coming back here for support and recipe ideas.

    Good for you!! But 2 days isn't long enough for a trial...try 2 weeks, or better yet 30 days~ Best of luck to you.

    There is a program on this forum called "the 30 day challange"and you should do that.
    I would be concerned that at only 2 days you will be on it long enough to get some of the bad effects (such as detox) but not long enough to get the good ones (such as feeling light and free and healthy).
