I'm home today making all kinds of recipes.
*key lime pie w/ banana, key lime and pecan/date/almond pie crust, it's in the freezer thickening up.
*carrot almond raison cookies, they are in the dehydrator
*broccoli apple salad with raisins and vanilla yogurt made from cashews and lemon juice for the dressing.

B-raw granola and raw almond milk

L-broccoli apple salad over top salad greens

    More to come later

Hi! I didn't see yesterday's thread until today, so I'm going to post yesterday and today's here.

    Yesterday:
    -6 bananas in the morning
-salad w/ romaine, carrots, tomato, half a small avocado, vinegar; apple
    -2 bananas, mango, apple
    *3 mile run*
-3 carrots and half a head of romaine
-I think it was another 2 bananas afterwards

    Today:
-green smoothie w/ 3 bananas, frozen mango/strawberries/blueberries, tons of kale. Another 2 bananas.
*took a dog from work for an hour long power walk/hike*
-lara bar while out running errands
-3 "junior bananas" (like half-sized bananas- they were super ripe so I had to get them!) and a delicious mango. My stomach feels like there's a brick in it though, no idea why
*planning to run 2-3 miles w/ intervals when my stomach feels better*
-Father's Day pizza night w/ the family- as long as I feel better I'm having a salad w/ the usual red pepper, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, maybe half an avocado, and vinegar
    -hmm perhaps an apple?

I am feeling a lot better and wanting to exercise more, yay!

    4 slices raw pizza
    raw apple pie
    ˝ large banana
    green “chips”
    more raw apple pie
corn “chips” with “taco meat” and salsa
    small fuji apple
    80 oz water total

I LOVE eating raw, I ate have the pizza and apple pie I made. Couldn't do that with SAD food, not only would I feel awful, I would also be gaining a LOT of weight.

    lskdnvo;wainv!!!
I'm living in a big communal house, and I've been here for three weeks and just found out toDAY that they have a juicer AND a dehydrator! How could I not have known about this?! I wanna harvest all the kale in the garden and make KALE CHIPS!

Today sucked! I felt horrible and tired and moody because I crashed off the wagon yesterday. But you know, this bad SAD feeling might just be the kick in the pants that I need to finally get back on track. I NEVER want to feel like this again!

The good thing about today was the cherry harvest. The cherry trees that line the street outside the house were fully ripe and deep red. I feel like we got thousands of cherries. Far more than this house of 8 could eat.:)

wow...I woke up after feeling so horrible yesterday, and it feels like the fatigue and discomfort has lifted. I think it was just teaching me a lesson. It showed me how being full blown SAD really feels, and it feels like death. I feel like RAW is no longer a choice for my body, but an absolute necessity. It is what my body NEEDS! I really feel like I don't want anything else, not when it makes me sick and anxious and tormented.

Thank you so much Body, for telling me what you need!

I'm going camping! I bought these provisions:
    .A few heirloom tomatos
    .a cucumber
    .three avocados
    .kale chips!
    .fresh kale
.nori-wrapped snack sticks (they came in flavors named after places, like Japanese, Mexican, Italian, etc.) I've tried them bfore and they were real good
    .string beans

OK. I recommit again to my daily green smoothies:)

    Phytoplankton
    Olives
    Avocado
    Fiesta Mole
    Raw Chocolate and Raspberries
    Nori Rolls
    Dulse
    Cooked Organic Hummus
    Cooked Organic Fig Newtons

Last night at 12:45 was the Summer Solstice. We went to our spring and gathered fresh water and did some late night star gazing. It is amazing how many millions of stars you can see when you get away from the city! It was so gorgeous. Then on our way back we saw a huge shooting star! I had my best Solstice Ever!! Today Bryan and I planted several herbs . . . oregano, basil, time, mint, rosemary . . . Anastasia Style (from the ringing cedar series. I have just started to read these amazing books!)
