Oh, what a beautiful RAW morning!

Was just nibbling on some delicious kelp, and I'll be sipping my way through a big, yummy GS, next!

I've been having a wonderful time all month - I hope others are also finding their RAW bliss!!

I'm feeling significantly better today, and more so as the day goes on. Yay! Maybe this round of detox is winding down!

-green smoothie w/ 3 small bananas, frozen fruit, kale. 2 more small bananas.
-huge salad w/ baby romaine, carrots, red pepper, mushrooms, half an avo and vinegar. Apple & nectarine. I always eat something like this for lunch and it's terrible food combining and I can barely move for the next hour...but I need something sweet after a salad! So I pay the price.
    -apple on the way home
-3 bananas, ~2 c. strawberries, apple...out of food pretty much, just throwing together whatever I have left

Sounds like everyone is doing great. I have to say I have been feeling really good during this challenge. I've only had a few minor cravings, nothing that drove me crazy. I was not feeling so good for a little while today but I treated myself to a raw tropical torte from a local health food store and I was feeling much better afterward. It's been a stressful day today so I think I just needed a little treat. It was YUMMY!

    kristen_from Kir - WELCOME!

Hello everyone, feeling awful right now but it will pass.

B: The last 16 oz of GoLitely for my colonoscopy prep.
L: After the above procedure, had a smoothie made of almond milk, bananas, 2 dates, and flax seed.
S: I have a screaming migraine and my tummy is involved with it, but I felt I needed to eat. 1 avocado with a scoop of seed cheese (my first "cooking" attempt besides salads and smoothies) It was good but a little salty. But now my stomach is really wishing I had not eaten till my head stopped hurting. the migraine medication is kicking in but I am sure I will not be eating anything more tonight.

B-banana, blueberry, pineapple, apple, kale, celery, chia seeds and dates

L-not-stir fry veggies and a side of walnut rice (some kind of squash cut like rice) very very good at the local organic food store (Food and Thought here in Naples) What a blessing to have this place to buy fresh organic produce and to have lunch when I don't have time to prepare it.

S-avocado, carrots and grape tomatoes with raw ranch veggie dressing and a plum

D-green salad, cabbage, cucumber, tomato, zuccini squash, sunflower sprouts with raw ranch veggie dressing

S-small piece of chocolate w/goji berries

More to come before the nights up, got a little craving going. And to think 3 weeks ago I was eating organic vanilla ice cream to satisfy this kind of craving

Okay, so yesterday was the worst craving for cooked food I have ever had; I thought I was over those but I guess they can still creep up every now and then. I am so glad to have a husband who is so supportive of what I am doing otherwise I would have caved days ago.

Today I noticed that I eat a lot in the evenings after work. I would like to get out of this habit. We are not supposed to eat at work but I think I will stuff some nuts or raisins in my pockets so I eat more at work and are satisfied in the evening and can spend more time doing stuff than munching. (I found that after I started work again I was eating less during the day and hungry all of the time so me eating in the evening is probably my body's way of making up the missed food/calories/or whatever).

    Ok, I didn’t have a green smoothie today . . . I recommit:)

    Island Fire with MMS
Watercress salad with heirloom tomatoes, avocado, and green onions!! (Best salad ever!! So Good!)
Chocolate Bliss (a synergistic blend of superfoods)

Tonight I attended Conscious Prosperity with Bob Stevens. I love Bob and the truth I have learned from him. I have been playing with him for about a year now. My favorite thoughts for tonight are:
“To thrive you are going to have to be a little weird” LOL . . . Enthusiasm wins and enthusiasm creates!
“Our emotional body is like a 3 year old 300 pound gorilla” . . . meaning our emotions are powerful:)
“Until man can experience on the mental level that which exists on the physical level, he will be bound to the physical.” Dr. John Ray . . . in other words until we can fully experience what is right now consciously, we will continue to experience it.
