Okay, I'll jump in with both feet.
This first photo is me at my highest weight -- 282 lbs.
I'm 5' 3" tall, so I'm about as wide as tall.
This is my first decent Progress photo, taken when I was 231 lbs.
I still have a ways to go, of course. But, I feel better.
