    Two weeks, go us!

I feel HORRIBLE today! I keep getting very weak and dizzy even though I'm eating plenty. I have no energy to work out at all. I mustered up the energy to run errands and clean, then took a 1.5 hour long nap with the litter of kittens I'm fostering :) I'm planning on going to bed really early!

-2 bananas, lara bar (my mom bought me more of these! But it's ok, I had no other food so I would have been starving if she didn't!)
    -2 bananas
-fruit salad w/ a mango and ~2 c. strawberries, soooo good. Plus 2 more bananas
    -apple & banana
-huge salad w/ baby romaine, carrots, cucumber, tomato, red pepper, half an avocado & vinegar
-more fruit if needed depending on how early dinner is

It finally got warm here the last two days so I have been outside A LOT but now I am not feeling so great and got a bit of a burn on my my shoulders: too much sun

Today we celebrated my son's first birthday with friends and family. But you know what? We only had raw food and everyone scarfed it down! Simple, no actually dishes just cut up veggies and a watermelon cake that I got from

that I someone else mention on a post on RFT somewhere. It was a hit and no one minded that there was no flour and sugar cake...AWESOME! :P

A good day! No blood sugar crashes, yay.
B: 1 cup of mixed walnuts, coconut, and currants. One banana

L: Large salad of lettuce, tomatoes, green pepper, cucumber, avocado and vinaigrette.

    S: Banana

Supper: Yummo guacamole made with avocado, tomato, and green onion, smooshed up in a food processor. Cucumber slices.
    S: Banana

When I have some days off I plan to make some snack food that is lower on the glycemic index and cut down on the bananas, but for this transition it is fine.

It's been an odd kind of day. I spent much of the day prepping food for the week. I had all nine trays of my dehydrator going for a while. I made buckwheat/zucchini bread, jicama garlic "toasts", spicy "beans" (main ingred is sunflower seeds), flax crackers, almond milk. My husband made corn tortillas which I think are going to be really good.

I didn't start the day with my usual smoothie, so sometime after dinner I made one with dandelion leaves and cucumber. It tasted so vile that I'm sure it must be terribly good for me. I only managed to drink about 1/3rd of it, so I'll finish it off tomorrow morning. Oh joy.

B - soaked/dehydrated buckwheat with a mango and almond milk
S - several slices of watermelon
D - giant salad with romaine, red kale, onion, Korean radish, sunflower sprouts, shredded beet and carrot, and EVO/hemp seed oil dill dressing.
S - glass of watermelon juice
    S - afore-mentioned green smoothie
S - two small pieces of fudge (walnuts, dates, cacao powder & nibs, almond flour)

I also nibbled all day on bits and pieces while preparing the food noted above.

B - buckwheat, mylk, banana, seeds and apple
    s - banana
    L - Big green salad
D - Green juice, handful of almonds, apple
S - Big bowl of banana icecream with cinnamon apples

I have been very very sleepy for a few days, and after reading a few articles here and there somehting tells me it has to do with the oil/avocado crazw i've been through. So i'm gonna experiment for a few days and try to eat less fats and see if anything nice happens (ahem, i made this desicion after the almonds, before the big ice cream

    peace
