Today was a good day for me, except that I got a minor concussion at work from walking into the top door of a dog kennel! Eeek, that's the 3rd time I've done that in the past month and I'm feeling pretty dizzy and out of it right now!

    Food today:

-5 bananas w/ raw cacao powder
-big salad w/ baby romaine, half a red pepper, a big tomato, mushrooms & vinegar. Banana & pear.
-2 bananas, one had raw cacao powder on it
-for dinner I'm going to have a normal-sized (aka not huge) salad w/ different mixed greens, tomatoes, carrots and vinegar, and a green smoothie w/ 2 bananas, mango, strawberries, blueberries & kale
    -apple if hungry

No fat today but I didn't feel like eating any...haven't wanted fat for the past 2 days which is fine w/ me since I've been trying to move towards 8-1-1. Also no workout b/c of the concussion!

Meow, I hope you feel better soon.

Day 5 was a good day for me. I wanted something sweet tonight and sliced a banana, chopped an apple, handful of raisins, oz of walnuts, cinnamon and a drizzle of raw agave syrup, mix it up and call it dessert. YUM

One of the best things about today, and one of the most motivating things to stay raw: today I looked in the mirror at a glance but had to take a closer look...my face looked amazing! I mean, my skin looked and felt so smooth, I didn't have any acne, and I looked younger than I did last week! I know that it seems crazy since changes don't always happen that fast but the way my skin looks and feels has changed so much. I feel better and even more confident than before about both myself and the decisions I am making for myself (ie go raw). What else is in store for me? I'm excited!

Also, as a dessert today I poured some green/fruit smoothie into popsicle containers and a few hours later was enjoying the healthiest popcicle I have ever had..and it tasted good too! But tomorrow I will try what Tee42 had for dessert cause it sounds D-LISH-US!

Starting to notice small changes to my face. One my double chin has halved in size and the lovely chicken sacks on the sides of my lower face are going!
Starting to get flu like symptoms, so defo detoxing. Although I still lack energy, there is a certain buzz within me thats hard to explain.
Certainly not missing the bloating and tiredness I used to get after cooked foods. My stomach seems smaller but probably just the lack of bloating.
    Flatulence gallore and peeing loads.
Yesterday was hard as I had to cook for my family, but managed to control myself. I had to keep asking my partner to taste to make sure there was enough of this and that. I made enough food to freeze and keep them for the month. Figure if I'm only cooking once a month, then i wont be tempted. Hopefully they will follow me eventually.
