Default I'd like to join for June

Hello everyone! I'd like to join in for the month of June. Yesterday I managed 100% for the first time in months. Today I feel pretty good but my face looks terrible. I have pimples everywhere. I tried something new today-kumquats. What a strange fruit. I really want to be committed to 100% so I figure I need to expand my horizons so I'm not eating salad all the time.

I'm having major major fat-cravings, after being on mostly fruits for this past week. I go through about 3 avocados a day, plus coconut oil, plus Udo's, plus nuts or seeds... But i'm just gonna keep listening to my body and eat 'til i don't want it anymore (not over-eatig "don't want it", but intutively "don't want it")

B - 2 big glasses of green juice, soaked oats, banana and rasins
    S - Avocado, banana
    S - Banana, orange
    L/D - Pineapple, avocado, banana, 2 dates
    S - Mango, avocado, coconnut oil/dates, pecans

Hi guys! Today was a total junk food day for me, but it was all raw so I'm being forgiving with myself and I'm going to try harder tomorrow to eat less fat & more greens. Today was a really, really bad day at the animal shelter I work at and I guess all the fat & cacao was my brain's way of trying to get comfort food..?

-5 bananas, some plain and some w/ a total of 2 T raw almond butter & some raw cacao powder
-salad w/ spring mix & baby romaine, a red pepper, 3 T guacamole and a little vinegar. Apple, banana, lara bar.
-3 more bananas w/ raw cacao and 1 T raw almond butter
workout was work & lifting upper body weights

So basically I ate bananas, almond butter & raw cacao all day. Not my best day by a long shot I may have an apple or another small all-veggie salad later but I'm not at all hungry at the moment.

    Default Joining the Challenge...again

    Hi Everyone,

I'm joining the monthly challenge today. I tried the challenge an few months ago and fell back into SAD. I'm back on the right path and hoping to really do it 100% this time. I definitely feel better than ever when I'm totally raw.

    Hi everyone!

I just received Alissa's book on the weekend and I've decided to try the 30-day challenge. I will try to follow her 4-week menu.

Every morning, I start out with a green smoothie.
    Today, I made the following:
    Linguine alfredo
    Mock-salmon paté
Sprouted lentil salad (not from the book)

With this, I should have meals for a couple of days.
I'm not eating quite as light as some of you. I still need my three meals a day.

Today I had a green smoothie for breakfast followed about an hour later with half a cantaloupe.

For lunch I had a salad of lettuce, arugula, tomatoes & cauliflower topped with a sweet & spicy dressing and garlicky cheez sauce. I had another bowl just now for a snack.

I am not sure what dinner will be - only that it will be raw - and at the meeting I am going to tonight, I will only have raw fruit.

I am planning on having another green smoothie today - maybe that will be my supper. :)

Today was a good day for me. I listed my food in my blog and then forgot to copy it so I could paste it here. I'm a little sleep deprived so I'm not going to bother for today.

Hope everyone has a great evening,
    Lannette

Our family's laptop is down at the moment. The charging cable is broken and we are waiting for a replacement part. DH actually brought our OLD PC and hooked everything up last night. Talk about S-L-O-W!!

    Anyway...Day 2's food was:
A BIG OLE GS with spinach, banana, pineapple and a squeeze of honey
    an apple
zuchini noodle with marinara....yummy cold, just refreshing and I can't wait to eat more on Day 3!!

    Lots of water!!!!

    Peace.
