    DAY 1
B – green juice (celery, spring greens, carrots, lemons, ginger, apples)
    S – banana and apple
L – salad leaves with cucumber, tomato, carrot, peppers, olives, sundried tomatoes, pine nuts and a few macadamias – olive oil and lemon dressing
    S - 2 pears, orange & banana
S – 1 sheet nori with some salad from lunch and a thin spread of pistachio butter.
D - Apricot and walnut salad with cucumber, tomatoes, peppers - vinegar and olive oil dressing
S - 2 small chunks Shazzies raw chocolate

Really happy with day 1 as was challenged by someone who was taunting me with cooked food... how cruel?! LOL! I feel I have eaten a lot and too many different types of food but I know that I needed it today to start me off. I understand I will start eating less as time goes on.

Baby and I are on our way!

Okay, so far so good...and you may laugh, but I haven't made it this far before!

    B - 3 bananas
S - 2 stalks of celery with Almond butter (yum)
L - avocado, tomato, onion on portobello mushroom cap with braggs
(this upset my stomach, not sure if I'll do it again - too rich maybe?)
S - juiced carrots, celery, apple, and added some spirulina

For dinner I'm planning a big green salad and cherries for dessert.

Otherwise, I am staying out of the kitchen.

Hi everyone! I'm in, too! I posted in the other "unofficial" June 1st thread but I'll post here to make it official!

    Today was:
-3 bananas w/ 2 T raw almond butter & cacao powder, an apple
    -another banana before my workout
*4 mile run in the mountains*
-green smoothie w/ 2 bananas, frozen mango/strawberries/blueberries, kale. banana w/ raw almond butter & cacao powder again...haha
-a couple baby carrots for an appetizer, and I'm about to make a big salad w/ greens, red pepper, tomato, carrots, mushrooms & apple cider vinegar
    -cherries later on

Liz, where in LA are you? I lived in West Hollywood for a year and a half and ever since I left I can't wait to move back!

I'm in. I have been mostly raw for the last four months, but never 100%. My big challenge will be to cut out the one small cup of coffee I have still been having every morning, thanks to my husband, who leaves for work before I get out of bed, and always leaves a little coffee behind in the pot for me (I guess I could just ask him to dump it, haha).

    Today:

Breakfast: Big green smoothie (apple, banana, spinach, chia)
Lunch: Mixed greens and spiralized carrot and zuchinni with miso dressing. Carrot sticks with almond hummus.
    Snack (midafternoon): grapes, banana
Snack (before dinner): young coconut water blended with frozen pineapple
Dinner: "pizza" and a giant green salad with salsa and pesto dressings.

    Today I had

    B - green smoothie
    s - raw cashews
l- sticks of carrot, celery, & jicima with garlicy "cheese" sauce
s- cashews, almonds, dates & raisins
D - Mexican soup, cole slaw

I am still feeling the urge to eat! I think I will drink some water as I haven't had enough yet today and it is so very hot here - 30C with a strong hot wind.

I realized today that I need to have "proper" meals. Just munching on nuts and fruit & vegies isn't enough for me... it is too much like the grazing I did for years.
