    Yesterday, I made raw-vegan sushi ;)
    - Grated coconut instead of rice (unfortunatly it is not quite so sticky)
    - Vegetables instead of fish
    - Freshly ground horseradish (unfortunally, I couldn't get a fresh wasabi)
    - Freshly cut ginger in a sweet souce (dates/pashionfruit)

I don't usally prepere meals but yeasterday was an exception because I wanted to suprise my boyfriend who likes sushi :)
The rest of the day, I eat the leftover from the sushi.

Today, I started with sweet apples (great stuff) and I will have some Thai papaya, later. We are planning to make a trip to Ulm, today, and are going to picnic at the Danube. It's going to be a fruit day

Hi everyone, congrats to all of you who are completing your 30-day raw challenge today! I am just starting, officially tomorrow, but I am too excited to wait so I'm really starting today. I've been eating 85-100% raw for the past 2 weeks but not all raw, but I just stocked up on everything I'll need at the grocery and I'm feeling very ready to get going! Here's my menu for today:

-2 bananas w/ raw cacao powder
-handful of goji-mulberry-sunberry-cacao nib-raw cashew trail mix (whew that's a mouthful, lol)
-very green smoothie w/ 2 bananas, lots of kale, frozen mango/strawberries/blueberries; banana w/ 1 T raw almond butter & raw cacao

I'm planning to run about 4 miles in a little while, doing some cleaning, snacking on fruit or another green smoothie, and then making kale wraps w/ guacamole, spring mix salad, sprouts, tomato, carrots & red pepper for dinner.

    Default Weeehaaw!

    We made it people!!!

Day 30...jeez, it's gone sooo fast! in the beginning i thought it would be completley boring, that i'd feel sick, dull and craving all the time. But that's not at all what it's been like! Hardly an cravings, loads of energy, i feel so harmonious, better skin, don't burn in the sun, sleep better, lower anxiety level.... the only bad thing is that my stomach has been a bit troublesome. I don't have bm's as often as i used to/like to. but i guess that's gonna settle down.

I cannot imagine going back to processed starches, sugars, additives, chemicals.. no way! i feel so great like this, and i know it'll only get better!

    What i ate:

FRUIT! all day! 2 big glasses of green juice in the morning, then snacking on fruits all day long:
Galia melon, nectarines, strawberries, bananas, avocados, grapes, plums, apricots, cherries... a very cleansing day indeed...

Lots of love to all of you, raw fambly!
