I'm still seeking a healthy weight, but living on live foods has meant so much more than just weight loss. I LOVE being RAW!

Wow! You Look Amazing! Not only are you quite a bit smaller but, you look 20 years younger! It's like you are a different person now and well, I guess you are! :)

I wish I had a picture at my starting weight of 223lbs. The difference in appearance would be even more dramatic. The picture at 211lbs was taken after about 2 weeks raw.
Total weight loss so far after one year on a 100% raw diet 45 lbs. If I didn't make so many raw treats or did a little exercise I might have lost even more.
I have experienced so many other benefits, too. My life has changed dramatically, and still is. All for the better. :)Last edited by RawKnitster; 05-29-2009 at 12:33 PM.
