    Foods today:

    B - soaked oats, mylk, seeds, rasins, apple
    S - tiny pear and kiwi
    S - raw chocolate, apple
    L - hummus stuffed portabellas, sprouts, tomato salsa
    D - 1 quart green smoothie (peach, banana, kai choy)
    S - peach
    S - Apple slices and hummus
    S - rasins and sunflower seeds

    Huge energy!!! I feel soooo awesome!!

    LEAP AND THE NET WILL APPEAR

    Another day of fruit and veggie slices, and plenty of water. The day went by so fast, just into the groove of the vibe. I have viewed some yummy recipes in Alissa's book there are a few i am eager to try.
