Well today is only day 4 for me (I think...?) but hey, it's better than nothing ;)

I am FREEZING right now! My hands are turning blue! Also not feeling very well today, it's going to be a restful day.

-2 bananas w/ raw cacao powder
    -apple
-big green smoothie w/ 3 bananas, frozen strawberries & mango, lots of kale, & water

Not sure about the rest of the day but I will definitely have a salad w/ 1/3 of an avo and the usual greens & veggies for dinner and I'm hoping I can find some decent looking mangoes so I can have one of those later, too. I'll probably also go for a walk later and possibly do some weight lifting. Have a good day everyone!

WTG, Meow!! We all have to start on day one!!

After my day yesterday of what I thought was horrible (yet, raw) eating I LOST a pound. I couldn't believe it when I stepped on the scale this morning. I need to get out of the daily weigh-ins, but I can't seem to get out of the habit... I like to see where I stand (literally ;) ) each morning...

    Today so far-
B- Green smoothie (bananas, strawberries, blueberries and spinach/romaine lettuce)

L- Salad at a friends house. She invited me over at church so I wasn't prepared and ate bottled dressing... Salad consisted of romaine, bit of basil and cilantro,, cucumbers, tomatoes (some fresh, some sun-dried and with oil), pecans, fresh corn... Oh, MY!! I have never had fresh corn before and it was the BOMB!! I MUST go to the store this week and get some fresh corn for my salads!!

S- I'm going to go open a cantaloupe and snack on that this afternoon.

D- I have oodles of ripe tomatoes so I'll make a nice tomato salad.

Have a wonderful holiday weekend! Thank God we're a free country because of the brave men and women of the armed services!!
Susan123--Currently 80/90% raw- Glad that I found my way back to raw

Since i upped my green smoothie intake from a glass here and there to 1 quart a day, i think my detoxification has kicked in again.
I started the smoothie-drinking on wednesday i think, and yesterday i started feeling sluggish, as if i had a fever. It might have something to do with me getting a vaccination on friday, like i'm cleansing from whatever process the vaccine started. Anyway, i feel ok, except tired and sliiiight headache.
Going to bed soon, so that'll be fine

I've been eating very irregular today, and yesteray, and i'm not sure that's sich a good thing for me. I'm pretty used to having rather set meal times.

    B - Raspberry/strawberry/banana icecream, apple, orange
    S - Avocado, 2 tomatoes
    S - A few brazil nuts
    S - 1/2 kiwi and a grapefruit
D - prasley/tomato-soup w salad: apple, red onion, sprouted quinoa and rasins
    S - watermelon
    S - pear and kiwi
S - tahina and dried fruit

Lots of fruits in there, hopefully that'll boost the cleansing. Tomorrow will be back to old meal times, though, and i'll start off with my soaked oats. Fruits for breakfast just doesn't click with my body right now.

    Peace

    Hi,

I traveled to Stuttgart to visit my mom, today. I did stay raw, but I did not eat exactly the way I'd like to eat:

Breakfast: a melon and the juice of a coconut
    In between: Some coconut
Lunch: Salad (with greens but unfortunally no wild greens ), with olive oil (at least it was raw, but I prefare to eat whole fruits), and with too many different incredients (I prefere simple combinations) .
in between: Some pineapple, sunflower seeds
    Dinner: More coconut, Apple

    I am replying on yesterday...
    Here is what I ate:
choc raspberry cake- walnuts dates, cacao, and raspberries
    salad- tomatoes and olives
    some fettucini alfredo- alissa's
    banana cream pie filling- alissa's
Successful day because I ate before going out to "eat" with friends so I did not eat, but my kiddos did. I also took my own banana cream pie over to a friends that was having an ice cream and movie night. I am feeling more confident with social stuff so that is good. Did not get enough water in like I was hoping.
