I'm up early, too, unfortunately I work on Saturdays! But they're my shorter days, 8AM-4PM which isn't bad. Today's plan is:

-green smoothie w/ 2 bananas, frozen strawberries & mango, kale, water. Another banana w/ raw cacao powder and something else, either half a lara bar or one more banana...lunch isn't til very late!
-lara bar (or half if I already ate half), apple, 2 bananas
-probably another banana w/ raw cacao powder
*some kind of workout- a 4-5 mile run or an hour+ hike*
-huge salad w/ baby romaine, carrots, tomatoes, red pepper, broccoli sprouts, half an avo, apple cider vinegar
    -probably another apple

    Have a good one!

I ate A LOT today- all raw, but I was totally overeating and not even PMSing... Luckily I put the brakes on and only had some dried apples for dinner and now won't eat anything else until morning... Goodness, what was I thinking??

I guess I'll put it in writing (as best I can recall)--

    Green (hot pink actually) smoothie
A bag (yes a whole bag) or Go Raw crackers
    A "raw revolution" bar
    A bag of dried apples
    A handful of dried pineapple

Obviously I ate bad today... Tomorrow is another day. On the bright side, I did get on the treadmill, cut the grass and now I'm going to try (for the first time) a yoga video I picked up from Goodwill... I need to redeem myself!! ;)

    Here's what I ate:
    banana spinach orange smoothie
    raw crackers
    salad with tomatoes and olives
lots of strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries
chococolate raspberry cake- very small - too rich for much (raw of course)
I did have a mindless bite of peanut butter cookie from my kiddos- I realized it and spit it out! Did not taste good anyway.
    Goal for tomorrow: More water
