May 18th 2009 Raw Challenge - Day Eighteen

day 18
I'm first! Woho, good morning people
Haven't done much today, apart from had breakfast which made me terribly nauseous. I'm guessing it was a really bad idea to have a tbsp of Udo's before eating anything.. Yuck..
In an hour i'll be going away for my first raw road trip! I'm gonna visit friends in the country, so i've been making a big lunch salad and i think i'll make some kind of sweet snack to keep me going. Maybe the yummy gooey stuff i made yesterday...
B - Buckwheat/banana porrige w cinnamon and seeds, 2 kiwis
L - Salad: mushroom, carrot, red onion, kim chee, chard, sprouts and the leftover pate from yesterday
S - ?? maybe something sweet
D - ?? salad again probably
Realised yesterday that i probably should stay clear of making pates/patties/soups and things, because i hardly ever like it. I love veggies and fruits just the way they are, herbal grains and sprouts. Gourmet eating will have to wait!

Good (late) morning.
Today, I made some not so pleasant experiences with fruits from a normal supermarket (I have allways been used to organic fruits). Appart from that, I feel better, now.

good morning, all!
i've been doing well. had a good weekend, and got back on the wagon with yoga which was great.
also finally made some bread which means i can easily make sandwiches on the go so i'm pleased about that.
i've been noticing i'm not that hungry, or not hungry very often. so i haven't been eating much. it's really interesting just to follow the signals my body gives me and do what it wants.
here's the food plan for today:
b - (already eaten) 3 blood oranges
s - bananas
l - leftover kelp noodles with pesto and italian "sausage" crumbles
s - burger patty with mango salsa
d - big salad (first experience going out for dinner since this challenge started and i've already read the menu online so i know what i'm going to ask for in the salad)
hope everyone has a great day! our first farmers market opens tomorrow so i'm psyched about that!

B-green smoothie
S-banana and almonds
L-Spinach salad with sesame/pumpkin seeds, gogio (sp) berries, sprouts, tomatoes, shredded carrots
S-Larabar, apples
D- ?? salad or raw granola...

Hello everyone: I am feeling better today. I suvivied our 100 degree whether here in the Bay Area. I've been kinda scared to eat because it seems like everything I eat lately is making me sick.
Today:
B: Fruit
L: Pizza slice and yam bisque soup
D: Strawberry shake
Kind of bummed about not losing more weight. Decided to cut down on the nuts and other than that continue to let the process unfold.

Finally Back!
Hello All:)
Back on the raw food path again and excited to be back on forums sharing with all of you! Today is day 2 of all raw for me... here's what I've eaten so far:
GS ~ kale, spinach, banana, strawberries, agave, apple, hemp powder, chlorella tabs ~~~~~~ numm numm...DEEEEE-licious!!!!
2 dill kimchee crackers w/cashew butter
Fruit salad ~ banana, strawberry, apple, cashews, hemp seeds, chia seeds sprinkled w/agave OH YEAH, some nibs, too RAWsome!
Planning on zuchinni pasta tonite w/Alissa's marinara sauce!!!
I LOVE eating RAW

Today very exhausted retured from work, had something cool to drink and rested a while, watched a movie "The Mist" pretty interesting and surreal. Nothing to log for intake just feeling exhausted and want to release more and detox, my body is reacting to many vibes i can not explain so i am just not questioning too much and just let i be and listen.
