You're welcome from me and from the animals you will save by not eating them. You save ~100 animals lives each year you're Vegan!! Before watching Meet your meat I literally had a fridge/freezer full of animal products and could not eat anything after watching that video. I had leftover chicken stir-fry and could not swallow it.
MaryKay- I'd love to weigh 135!! You probably don't feel as comfortable at that weight so I totally understand! I *think* HW is high weight or that is why *I* put it in my signature!!

Well I almost had some toast with peanut butter. But instead I painted my bathroom, which I have been meaning to do for some time now. Maybe I will get a lot of work done this week.
So now I am having a green smoothie with spinach, parsley, cucumber, celery, apple, lemon and lime juice, cinnamon and honey.

Oops- I just realized that this is in the "over 50" area... I'm only 41- can I still be participate?

Don't look at the road ahead, just at the step infront of you;)

me too
i'm so in right now! I want to return to Raw and have been struggling too and i need to release weight for an upcoming surgery (not life threatening). I had the gastric bypass almost 3 yrs ago. I have gained 20lbs i don't want in the past 7-8 months due to working two jobs and stressing. And this is the only healthy way to eat and release weight i choose not to want. My surgery is scheduled for July 31st, giving me time to loose. So, i'm going to Trader Joes, Henry's market and start loading up to eat raw tomorrow, i'll be preparing my gourmet meals all night for tomorrow.

Wow! Active thread!!
I'm checking in. I had a good day. I'm kind of tired today because I didn't sleep all that soundly last night. Today is my exercise rest day and I'm going to try to get to bed early. Being overly tired always make me want to eat more than I should.
Today I had:
Half of a Green smoothie made with Kale, a banana, an orange, an apple and a cup of strawberries with 2 tablespoons of flax seed and 3 cups of water.
2 tiny apples and a small avocado (I'm feeling so much more energetic since I added avocado back into my plan.
1/4 cup of raisins and 1/4 cup walnuts (Probably hungry because of being tired.)
Two nori rolls. I'm terrible at rolling and cutting the rolls so I just roll them up and eat them like that without cutting them.
I'm planning on having a half a cup of raw sorbet for dessert.
Looks like a lot I know but I'm concentrating on feeding myself well and raw so I won't be tempted to eat things I shouldn't. Believe it or not I've been slowly losing even with all this food. I still had some tea today but I made it weaker. I'm planning on getting rid of it totally this coming weekend.
Hope everyone has a great evening.

That doesn't look like a lot at all. I'd be starving if I ate only that in a day!!

Really Snoops? It's very filling to me. Not too filling - just right. My smoothie is a full 32 ounces and I ate an entire small avocado.

It's really important for me to be reading what everyone else is reading, thanks for including this!!

Gaby, you aren't a dummy. I actually didn't even notice the missing quotes until I read your post. :)
Popping in to wish us all a great day!
