I tryed yarrow today and didn't like it. After a mouthful of it, I tryed to get rid of the taste by eating a date but the combinaion of the sweet date and the scented herb made it worse. This experience hhas also kind of put me off dates

Later I had oyster mushrooms and tomatos. I only now discovered what a distinct taste the mushrooms have! And I wonder why I have ever put salt on mushrooms or tomatos. They are so tasteful and salty by themselves!

Cerellia, I have also been noticing how salty some foods naturally are. I never really could taste all the salt in chard, but chard is so salty! I haven't been using as much salad dressing either because tomato is already so acidic and sweet and flavorful.

Let's see...the best thing I ate today was some collard wraps I made for breakfast: I spread a little avocado on the leaves and then sprinkled some olives and a little nutritional yeast on there. I ate a bunch of them. My parents even ate some. they loved it!

I went to the bookstore today and wound up in the cookbook section looking at raw recipes, and there was this super cute mother and her teenage daughter looking at vegetarian books. I asked them if they were going vegetarian and they said they hadn't eaten meat in a month (yay!). They asked me about the raw book in my hand and we talked for a while. They thought it sounded hard. I guess sometimes it is, but oh my god it's so much fun too!

Today was hectic and not a totally raw one, i have been craving cold foods such as ice cream, or anything cold, my body temperature has become very hot ( i am not sick nor feeling any symptoms of any kind) could this be another form of my body releasing a SAD habit or just my own selfish temptation?
