They are just doping them up.
It might as well be heroin for how addictive it is to me.

I too am a self-confessed chocaholic.
After seeing how much rodent material is allowed I was rather slowed down, but it's amazing how you can block that kind of thing out. Same with meat and dairy. I actually like the taste of it despite all I know about it. I just need to think of those facts when tempted and it goes far away.
My other thing is that I have cancer and have been told that I MUST stay off all animal products and sugar - which includes fruit!!! That is a hard thing. I LOVE fruit - I can make a mono-meal out of it easily - which apparently proves that I am addicted to sugar - which feeds the cancer! So I've been thinking of what I could use for desserts and treats that can be made with Stevia. (Is that okay?) Of course chocolate immediately comes to mind, but then so do rodent hairs and feces.
So I am now thinking about lemon juice, stevia and chia as a pudding/pie filling. Also pumpkin/sweet potato/squash pie with stevia and spices, and maybe some cookies or cake things made with nuts and no dried fruit. The thing is, I hardly ever make desserts, but hubby loves them and he can eat fruit...and loves chocolate - but bless him, he is so willing to go this way, and even to adapt to my restrictions so I am not so tempted.
Have a great day!
Just curious about some things, if you don't mind: What's your pH like - have you been measuring it - your second urine of the day?
How about a pregnancy test? Have you done one? Even males with cancer will often test positive, because cancer cells coat themselves with HCG - to "cloak" themselves/hide. Taking enteric-coated digestive enzymes, gets the enzymes into your gut, then bloodstream -and can actually help destroy the coating, which is protein based.
And I had fibrocystic breasts for years and years, was always very stressed, and had high cortisol, no doubt, which destroys your ability to absorb progesterone...I digress, sorry, but I had to really watch my intake of chocolate and rarely drank coffee --even decaff, as all of them contain caffeine, which also contributes to the cortisol thing, but besides that, they all contain methylxanthenes, which are cyst-promoting----so this is another reason to shy away from the chocolate - well to avoid it if you have cancer. Wordy....sorry, HTH,
