sort of falling off the raw wagon hard this weekend...actually I also fell off the wagon in the traditional sense and drank beer at a party!
Very joyfully coming back to a healthier way of consuming today with:

    almond milk
Kombucha (this one was bilberry, honeysuckle and red clover!)
and I made some little wraps by putting avocado, chives, heirloom tomato and lemon into some butter lettuce. Very juicy and crunchy, and i although I can't explain why it was very reminiscent of the taste of a tuna sandwhich.

Also went in for an hour of vinyasa yoga! so now i'm revved up, healthed up, watered up and ready to pull my all nighter and finish my term paper! YES!

I had that wonderful chocolate shake they were talking about the other day.
I also had fresh corn, warmed up by 110 degree water, with melted coconut oil and sea salt...yum.

I forgot to mention that I had Alissa's blueberry bread this morning. Warm, right out of the dehydrator with Raw Honey drizzled over it.

    Default day ten!

    ten days, that's amazing!
    We're doing so good, rawkstars!

    I had...

    B - soaked buckwheat w banana,apricots,currants,flaxseed and pumpkinseed
    S - 2 dates
L - Salad w pasley, tomato, lentil sprouts and apple with parsnip/chili dressing and kimchee
S - Pear, Banana and orange
D - Marinated sunflower seeds, leftover salad, zucchini noodles, and applepieces w orange-date fudgesace (inspied by the pie Ani Phyo made on AbC i think it was. it's on youtube anyway)

Apart from that feeling good. Skin doing not so great, very bumpy, so i did a at-home facial in the evening.

Yesterday was orange day (I didn't have any other fruits in the house *lol*). I ate them with lots of wild greens so that I had a little change.
I was also much better than the day before and could do sports again (inline skating / gym).

I messed up at dinner last night (I was at my sisters for MD) and ate cooked food- just steamed vegetables (grilled foil pockets) and Vegan mashed potatoes... I'm back in the sadle again this morning. I didn't feel bad at all afterwards (from eating cooked) but this morning my belly hurt, but I'm not sure if it was the cooked food or because my cycles started yesterday. On saturday I was eating everything (raw) in sight as I was PMSing!! LOL!!

is it too late to join the may month challenge. I have just begun my raw journey and have been dealing with alot of set backs. Not a ton of support from DH, he loves to eat seafood with me.
I would like to start my challenge tomorrow and try for 2 weeks, then go into June full force.

had a great weekend - all raw every day even though i was at a retreat fri-sat and had to bring all my own food, and then was at a baseball game sunday night! i inhaled the scent of my friend's hotdog and that was enough (didn't even smell as good as i expected). brought bananas and bought spring water and that was plenty to get me through an exciting 3.5 hour game.

looking forward to the 5/11 thread getting going.
