So far, so good!! I've lost FIVE pounds this week!! Of course I started with a small stomach bug, but STILL- five pounds!! :) :)

    Todays foods-
B-Green smoothie (I'd like to branch out and eat something else for b-fast, but I have no clue what else to eat without a dehydrator)

    S- Banana, few almonds

    L- leftover pai thai

S- Apple, few more almonds (just now) Later I'll have some cucumbers and carrots

D- Mock salmon pate. I was so excited to make the sunny pate, but I don't have sunflower seeds, only

S- Tonight we're making vegan chocolate chip cookies for my DDs Brownie troop tomorrow. I'l going to have a raw revolution bar because those bars are nice and rich!!
Susan123--Currently 80/90% raw- Glad that I found my way back to raw

Is anyone out there having any trouble doing this challenge?

I am feeling the benefits of raw (especially in my emotional stability), and I'm still very excited about it, and most of the time I do quite well being 100%. But there's always that one point in every day that I get swept by a craving so strong that I just...collapse under it! It's part of the healing process I'm sure, this big hurdle, this beast! Just wondering if anyone is dealing with something similar.

These are the delicious raw things I had today:

    lavender-elderberry Kombucha (amazing)
Raspberry Kombucha (oh my god i love kombucha)
Salad of butter lettuces and spinache with chives, olives, sundried tomato, olive oil and vinegar

and then...oreos. haha. oh well, every meal is a fresh start. But cookies seem to snag me every day!

My fav is porrige, i used to love oatmeal before raw, and now i make a buckwheat porrige like this:

Soak about half a cup (1 deciliter) of buckwheat (the greenish kind, not the black sprouting kind) over night. (or sprout them (the greenish kind, still, not the black) if you're not such a scatterbrain as i am)
In the morning rinse them well, blend with half a banana, a little bit of water if you want.
I chop the other half of the banana and mix it in with a lil cinnamon and cloves, and some rasins on top. Yummee!

Hello everyone! I'm still hanging in there!

    Today I've eaten:

B: GS with spinach, kale, banana, blackberries
    S: watermelon
    L: 2 pears
    S: an orange
    D: ?

kidkid: This challenge has been easier for me, but I tried to be 100% at the end of April and I had problems with cravings. I can't really tell you what is different this time. I don't feel like I'm eating more, but I seem more satisfied this time.

    Oreos LOL

Last month I made banana ice cream...and if I felt I needed something a little sweet...I had a little of it.
Frozen bananas, 3-4 dates, cacao powder...blend it up and kept in freezer. This month haven't had any.

Maybe you could find you some raw cookies to make and have on hand...to get you thru.
    Good luck...hang in there.

Today was light for me...was busy outside most of the day.
1 liter lemon water @ rising

A few sweet potato cheesy chips
    Slice of onion bread

    A few kale chips

Big salad w/romaine, carrot, cucumber, tomato, onion, celery topped with creamy avo dressing.

Continuing to feel low energy and mild light headness, just letting my body take its course with detoxing. More light raw eating, drinking plenty of water so i will not dehydrate.
