Default bought some dried kelp - how much per day should I eat?

I bought it for health reasons. Read it's good for balancing out hormones and for lowering BP - but I'm unsure how much I should eat per day? just go on the suggested serving label or wing it? I don't want to overdo it, if that's possible. Plus the sea salt kind of worries me - trying to keep my sodium intake to a minimum, although I know natural unprocessed sodium is easier for our bodies to process - still worries me.

    Don't worry. Be happy.
It's pretty hard to go severely out of balance eating raw whole natural foods. Eat as much kelp as you like. If that doesn't feel good, try eating less.

I eat between 2 tbs. and 1/2 cup of seaweed per day, but that's just me. You may need more or less.
~I am only interested in results. If something works, then an explanation is really just an intellectual exercise. ~

do you eat the dried kelp or the "granulated" kind that comes in a plastic type jar?
