Alissa has one in her book I think. It uses nuts and honey in the dehydrator.

    Default Banana Nut Brittle

    Banana Nut Brittle
With the holidays coming on, this is an excellent recipe for Christmas.

    2 1/2 cups pitted Dates
    8 organic peeled Bananas
1/4 cup ground Flax Seed Meal
    3 cups roughly chopped Almonds
    3 cups organic dried Coconut

"Blend first three items until smooth. Stir in nuts and coconut. Evenly spread mixture on Telflex sheets and dehydrate at 105 degrees until crispy. Store in a sealed container in refrigerator or freezer for up to four months. My granddaughter is always looking for these when she comes to visit. ENJOY!
