No raw in Boulder or Denver. Think Organic Orbit not around.

    Hey Lori Ann,

My family lives b/w Denver and Boulder. I will be in Boulder memorial day weekend as well! My organic tee shirt company has a booth at the Boulder Creek Festival for the weekend. Check us out! Company is called Within. 3 raw foodies (myself included) are the owners and we'll be there. Should be great. We are also seeking raw food eateries, but there doesn't seem to be any. I find this so shocking, as Boulder is especially down with eating local/organic/healthy and almost every restaurant (in my experiences out there) caters to vegetarianism.

Let me know if you find anything and I'll do the same for you. Thanks!

Boulder is amazing. It is one of the fittest towns in the U.S. There is an abundance of raw supplies. WF and Vitamin Cottage. Yes a ton of veg places to eat.

If you look you will find places that have raw once a week or one raw daily special. They might be a bit not up to the pace of raw yet there but when it hits,it will rawk. Bridgette Mars is there. They do have raw potlucks she told me.

Have a blast...wish I were there where my heart is.

    Cool

    Hi,

I just returned from Colorado and Boulder and found this Oxygen Bar - Tonic Oxygen Bar on 10th street that has everything from oxygen sessions, Chakra Elixirs (of which I indulged in) and Botanical Hydrosols and RAW FOOD.

Enjoy everything in the lounge is vegan/raw.

    Green Blessings ;)

Hope living back in Colorado is in the future for me.
We lived there for over 15 years and everytime we return I feel as if I returned HOME - where I belong.

    Blessings

Oxygen Bar, Boulder, has raw treats and stuff my friend actually sells them to the Bar. The raw pies are to LIVE for. Think $7 thin slice to some maybe. For us two worth my while to attempt making my own for hubby and self. Still, delish!

    NYbutterfly,
Former NYer. We have a herb walk happening Sat. AM, $20 if interested, close to the Creek Festival. I will try to hook up with ya. Can you email me your booth details. I will try being there.

Okay, write off trip so go get a few slices of the raw cake my friend delivers and makes at the Oxygen Bar, near the Festival. Quick walk. Festival will be packed out. I usually schedule rawlucks and our next is 6/6 in eve.

Hope to see ya in a few days, but again, email me directly as not always here.

I grew up in Queens. It's been decades gone and now reuniting w/HS friends. It's totally amazing.

Gosh, wish I knew in advance you would be in town as I schedule the rawlucks for us and have great turnout. I just had one last week.

We are trying to get a raw restaurant going in Boulder, but so far nothing happening yet. My friend has big plans for that and he's local. We are a great community because of WE and not the Me here. Everyone makes it happen.

Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant on 16th and Pearl in Boulder has some raw menu items. Raw wrap, ravioli, pad thai salad, lasagna, chocolate hazelnut mousse and sorbet. I had the lasagna and mousse, loved the lasagna but wasn't crazy about the mousse. Can't wait to go back and try the ravioli!
