On Sat, May 2nd of this year, Arnolds Way will be creating a happening of major proportion! This whole day event will be held at LANSDALE PERFORMANCE ARTS CENTER and will focus on learning why eating right is so important and why not only the way we THINK, but the way we ACT to ourselves and the world is so crucial!

I'm only about an hour-ish away from Lansdale and really wanted to come but DH and DS bailed so no transportation. Grrr.
